Boo! La Paura fa ridere, scheduled for October 30th and 31st at the Teatro Doglio in Cagliari, is the unmissable Halloween show by Andrea Viganò, aka Pistillo, and the comedian Andrea Russo, for children of all ages and their families.
Andrea Viganò, actor, fantasist and mime clown performer, was born in Milan on June 20th, 1978, he cultivated his passion for drawing since he was a child, allowing him to express his imagination and creativity. At the age of four, after attending a show of the Togni Circus with his parents, where he is impressed and fascinated by the performance of the clowns, he wears his first yellow and blue costume entirely made by his mother.
After graduating from the Istituto Statale d’Arte in Monza and specializing in window dressing and set design, Viganò began his professional career first in the tourist villages, then in the fashion and theatre sectors in Italy and abroad. He also invested in theatre disciplines and the study of mime, dance, acting and circus techniques, leading him to discover and develop his artistic qualities.
In 2000 he began the activity of entertainment for adults and children, performing in amusement parks, theatres, squares, discos and participates in numerous street theatre and cabaret festivals. He also teaches circus theatre and works as a performer with numerous artists and companies.
Andrea’s journey is a creative journey studded with numerous experiences around the world including Germany England, the Netherlands, Spain, Egypt and Greece, and characterized by different forms of expression that guide him towards the desire to assemble and make coincide all the skills and techniques acquired over time.
In 2008 he debuted at the Teatro Nuovo in Milan with the show Flying Clown that sees him as protagonist and since 2009 collaborates with Disney Italia Company at the shows of Mickey Mouse Sport as host and performer. He is also involved in some theatre projects such as Pistillo Show, Showqquadro, Trops and Falappa Show, along with Didi Mazzilli and Enzo Polidoro. He also participated in several television programs as a mime and juggler such as Striscia la Notizia and Paperissima, and in 2011, with the character Pistillo and the trio Okea, enters the cast of Colorado on Italia 1 conducted by Paolo Ruffini and Belen Rodriguez.
Andrea Viganò draws inspiration from everything that surrounds him, from music to memories, and through a constant work of experimentation, combined with a careful study of the characters and the multiple virtues of a romantic, dreamed or crazy clown, giving shape to a surreal and magical world able to entertain children of all ages and also mom and dad.
Pistillo with Boo! La Paura fa ridere: Halloween on stage at Teatro Doglio
Andrea Viganò plays the role of his alter-ego Pistillo and, together with comedian Andrea Russo, they bring to the stage the show Boo! La Paura fa ridere at the Teatro Doglio in Cagliari.
Who is Pistillo? Tight grey, short shorts and cane in hand, Pistillo is inspired by the refined manners of Charlie Chaplin and the elegance of Fred Astaire, a man with an explosive and immeasurable charge, able to enchant the audience of all ages without saying a word.
Pistillo, with the complicity of Andrea Russo, through his imagination and the irrepressible desire to have fun, will guide the audience of the Teatro Doglio to discover the castle infested with mischievous ghosts, dark vampires and furry werewolves. Submerged in a world of spells, screams, gummy spiders and twists, it turns out that fear is not scary, on the contrary…
Boo! La paura fa ridere is an experience for the whole family that will make you shake with laughter and will be on stage Saturday, October 30th, 2021, from 16:00 to 18:30, and Sunday, October 31st, 2021, from 11:00 to 16:00.
Tickets will be available from Friday 1st October, on the channels of Box Office Sardegna (www.boxofficesardegna.it) and in all authorized stores.
